How it works

01

Sign in with Spotify

Then set a unique username so people can add you to a group.

02

Create a group and a round

Invite people by username. Set a theme and a duration, such as one day, one week, or until a date.

03

Submit one song

Pick it from your Spotify liked songs or from search. It stays hidden until voting opens.

04

Vote near the end

Voting opens at 90 percent of the duration. Each person gets half the number of participants, rounded down, and one vote per song. Everyone gets a push when voting opens.

05

See the results

When the round ends, a leaderboard shows each song and its vote count, and everyone gets a push. A win is the strictly highest count. A tie counts for each tied person.

06

Close the season

Spring is 1 March to 31 May, summer is 1 June to 31 August, autumn is 1 September to 30 November, and winter is 1 December to 28 or 29 February. After the season ends, a table shows rounds won and total votes.
